Terms and Conditions of Use for Minsky’s Local Liquor members pricing program

Effective Date: This is effective from 1 May 2024

Welcome to Minsky’s Local Liquor members pricing program and App ("App"). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy set out below.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

1.2 By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

1.3 You will get the most out of your Members pricing program if you agree to receive communications from Minskys Local Liquor and Supamart so you can maximise your benefits as set out in section 3.5 below.

2. Registration and Account Details

2.1 To access the App's features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 You acknowledge that the Minskys Local Liquor App is affiliated with Supamart Supermarkets and from time to time the Minskys Local Liquor members pricing program may contain cross promoted bundles of food and liquor offers. However the Minskys Local Liquor App is to be used for redemption for all Minskys local liquor offers unless directed by the relevant promotional terms of use that are separate from these terms and conditions

3. The Members Pricing Program and The App

3.1 The App offers a loyalty program that provides members with special pricing on selected products and services ("Member Pricing") for loyal shoppers at the Minsky local liquor outlet Cremorne NSW.

3.2 Member Pricing is available only to registered users of the App.

3.3 Member Pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

3.4 The availability of Member Pricing is subject to change at our discretion.

3.5. Benefits of joining the Minskys Local Liquor Members Pricing program
By joining the Minskys member pricing program you will get access to a number of ongoing benefits including:

3.5.1 You will receive the members only price on items ticketed as Members Price in store.

3.5.2 You will have access to discounted pricing on selected lines (see in store for the members pricing on each item) as well as in your member pricing communications (emails and text messages)

3.5.3 You will receive exclusive member only communications to specials and promotions

3.5.4 E-Receipts of your purchases will be stored on your Minskys Local Liquor App (these can be used to as proof of purchase)

3.6.5 From time to time, Minskys Local Liquor and Supamart may also offer other rewards as part of its promotional activities.

4. Use of the App

4.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the relevant state and commonwealth laws

4.2 All offers via the App from Minskys Local Liquor and Supamart are applicable for in store purchases only

4.3 Users will receive the relevant discounted offered on each item at the point of sale, once the Members Pricing program identification in the App has been acknowledged by the point of sale system. Access to members only pricing is only available to legitimate App users.

4.4 Offers received on the Minskys Local Liquor App are not transferable to anyone else other than the recipient.

4.5 Users will ensure that any changes to their initial membership registration details entered upon joining will be updated to ensure that the email and mobile phone number provided on the account is working and in use.

4.6 Your personal data and privacy is paramount to us and to this end, we will ensure that your personal details will be safely stored in compliance with the relevant legislation.

5. Terminating Your Account

5.1 You can terminate your account for the Members Pricing program anytime by:

i) notifying Minskys Local Liquor that you wish to end your participation by sending an email to hello@minskyshotel.com.au

ii) removing your App from your smart phone

5.2 Once you have provided notification of termination you will no longer be able to receive the ticketed members pricing at the point of sale

5.3 Upon termination of your account, we will remove all records of your account including your e-receipts from our database and you will lose all your stored information on your account.

6. Unsubscribing from Members Pricing emails and marketing communications

6.1 You can unsubscribe anytime from the Minskys Local Liquor member pricing marketing communications by sending an email to hello@minskyshotel.com.au and requesting to be removed from the programs emails.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the link in your App.

8.2 Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Minskys Local Liquor (“we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to the protection of personal privacy within the scope of applicable law. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information that we collect, use and disclose.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be located on our website, and is also available by contacting our Privacy Officer by email or at the address detailed below.

By our website, or by providing any personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Our website use cookies to track user traffic patterns and to better serve you when you revisit a website. A cookie is a small data file that a website may write to your hard drive when you visit it.
